Almost all of the top portion of the plexiglass came detached from the rubber sealer with the glass now laying on the musket. Also, there is a scratch in the plexiglass. Please have someone contact me to replace the display case.

The display case is high quality. Although, I ordered the spoon display case for a birthday gift and I received the wrong item. SF Display reshipped the correct item, but obviously when the item arrived it was after the birthday has occurred. I am now cautious on ordering from sfdisplays if the item that I order is needed urgently.

I have three 60 spoon display racks in Oak from this company and recently ordered my fourth. This one arrived in Black. I contacted the company and they advised that I ordered it in black, which, why would I when I already have 3 in Oak. Anyway, I asked how to exchange it. I was advised to send it back. I wrote back asked for the address to return the black one. Not to my surprise, I have not received any response from them giving me an address to return the black one. After I get this straightened out, I will not use this company again as their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
The display case is lovely, but I expected it to be just a bit larger. I have some figurines which represent the 12 months of the year, which will be displayed in this beautiful case in my living room.
My shelf arrived in protective packaging 📦. The glass was protected and the outer case is beautiful. Thank you for your time and patience.
